5. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Please note acceptance of any order is at our discretion. We will send you written confirmation of your order by email but this email will not constitute acceptance of your order. We accept your order at the time we dispatch the ordered products to you, when your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. It is at that moment that a contract for sale is made between you and us. All our contracts are concluded in English although contracts for sale will neither be filed by us nor accessible to you.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
a. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery costs.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies
Upon receiving credit card orders we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Paypal orders will be dispatched once your funds have been cleared into the Underfloor Heating Plus Ltd bank account.
c. Refunds and Returns
Please note the method of refund must be the same as the method of payment.
You Have Seven Working Days after receiving Your Goods to Cancel Your Order Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge. Simply let us know by email (email@example.com) or via phone (01484 859700) within seven working days of receiving your goods. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
If you cannot or will not return the cancelled goods to us then we will arrange collection of the goods. You will then receive a full refund excluding the collection charge.
Any free gifts or products comprising of an offer (eg 3 for 2) must also be returned
After seven days what you may view as a cancellation becomes a ’Return’, please refer to the returns section.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights
We will refund or replace at no extra cost any products damaged before or on delivery, if you notify us by telephone or in writing within 7 days of their receipt.
We will replace at no extra cost any products which have been lost in transit if you notify us by telephone or in writing within 21 days of us receiving your order or the delivery date of the products, whichever shall be the later.
Most products will be despatched to reach you within 1-2 working days if ordered before 3pm, however certain products may take up to 7 working days due to Manufacturers delivery schedules.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The Buyer must ensure the Goods are suitable for his particular purpose. In placing an order the Buyer acknowledges that it has not been induced by any representation by or on behalf of the Seller which has not been confirmed in writing to or by the Company. Should the Buyer effect onward sale or supply to a third party, all products should be delivered in the original packaging, instructions and labelling.
LIABILITY FOR INSTALLATION AND USE
The Seller shall not be liable for any defect or damage arising from overheating or corrosion other than where a design has been supplied by the Seller and installation/application instructions have been correctly implemented. The Seller shall not be liable in the event that the Buyer’s use of the Goods is contrary to any general standards or regulations in force from time to time. Furthermore, the Seller shall not be liable for any defect or damage arising out of improper use or misuse or arising from any application contrary to general acknowledged practices.
SERVICE BEYOND OUR LIABILITY
The Buyer may request the Seller to service goods supplied by the Seller. If the serviced goods prove to be free from any defect warranted by the Seller, the Seller reserved the right to charge service fees from the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to pay such service fees to the Seller. Charges for making repairs to goods not included by the warranty shall be subject to the Seller’s current service fees.
